Welcome to Total Home Fitness! I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to you for joining me on this journey to help transform your lives through home fitness.

I began to take fitness seriously after serving almost 6 years in the U.S Navy. During my time in service, I was diagnosed with migraines, acid reflux, social anxiety with panic attacks, and a list of other bodily aches and pains.

As a kid, I grew up watching my grandparents take what looked like over a hundred different medications weekly just to stay alive. The image of their medicine cabinet is etched in my mind and still haunts me til this day!

After they both passed from health issues, I made a promise to myself that I would never live my life that way. But as the saying goes, life doesn’t always happen the way that we want it to. The very thing that I was afraid of happening, ended up happening anyways. At just 25 years young, I found myself in the military beginning to establish a medicine cabinet of my own!

My new-found health issues sent me into a state of deep depression where I often feared for my life. There were moments where I felt like I couldn’t breathe. I also experienced multiple dizzy spells daily, heart palpitations that made my heart beat to its own unorthodox cadence, and random panic attacks that often led me into the emergency room. It was so bad that I began to anticipate which moment would be my last.

To make matters worse, there were no clear indications on what was causing these issues and every doctor that I saw said that I was perfectly fine. They simply prescribed me various medications and sent me on my way.

I would soon find myself at the fork in the middle of road where I had only 2 options; Do nothing and accept the same fate as my grandparents, or take control of my health in attempts to create a better outcome. I chose to focus on my health by eating healthier foods and added fitness into my daily routine which ultimately led to improved health and better mental clarity.


Total Home Fitness is a site for those who are looking to transform their lives through fitness by implementing better food options along with a home workout regimen. Traditional gyms today are often filled with equipment that may be intimidating to those who want begin working out, but don’t know where to start or know how to properly use the equipment.

Traditional gyms are great, as I sometimes use them myself, but I want to give an alternative to those who may be in need. By creating your own home gym, you will have quick and easy access to workout equipment that you can use at any time regardless of your schedule.

You no longer have to worry about adhering to specific gym hours, recurring membership costs, sign up & cancellation fees, overcrowded gym, or being exposed to bacteria from other members which may result in illnesses.

Total Home Fitness is for ANYONE no matter your workout experience or budget!


The goal of Total Home Fitness is to provide you with the information, knowledge & tools necessary to help you transform your life through fitness and ultimately create the changes that you desire. As you begin to see improvements in your health, better mental clarity, and see changes in your overall physique, that will produce the motivation & confidence needed to achieve success in other areas of  your life.

It all starts with one step and one day at a time. Consistency is key!
